Without doubt you made our day and the standard & interpretation of our songs was amazing."YCGC can perform at your wedding service or wedding reception, singing songs for your guests as they arrive and special songs to enhance your event. We have designed the following options for your special day. However, you may feel free to discuss your individual requirements with us.
Option One
We will sing at your wedding ceremony and provide a choir of 12 to 25 singers. The choir will sing up to 6 songs during the ceremony. You can choose where in the programme you would like them - for example:
- two songs as the guests arrive
- one song as the bride walks down the aisle
- two songs during the signing of the register
- one song as the bride and groom walk back up the aisle.
The choir can also lead the singing of congregational hymns.
Cost: £350
(£50 deposit to secure booking)
Option Two
We will sing at your reception venue and provide a choir of 12 to 25 singers. The choir will sing for up to 30 mins (approx 6 songs).
We will sing as the guests are having their welcome drinks and before any main meals are served.
Cost: £350

Option Three
Combination of Option One and Option Two
Cost: £450
(£50 deposit to secure booking)
Songs
We have a list of songs that you can choose from, but if you would like a special song that is not on our list, we will consider learning one new song at no extra charge. You will inform us of your chosen song at least 6 months before the wedding and we will advise you if your chosen song is suitable for our type of musical ensemble.
Equipment
We will perform with our own PA system and Keyboard and will normally arrange to view the location prior to the event.
Currently the choir can only accept bookings for weddings at weekends.
We will generally only travel to venues within a 50 mile radius of York, North Yorkshire
